visual inspection for assembled printed circuit
boards. It represents the latest in optical inspection technology,
and has been optimized for both surface mount and through-hole
construction. The G4 Optical Comparator can be utilized
independently, or with electrical and/or functional testing
to guarantee that the best quality circuit boards are delivered
to your company. Imperial Electronic Assembly, Inc. is helping
OEM’s with innovative outsourcing
plans that dramatically reduce cost while maintaining the
highest quality standards. Our contract electronic manufacturing

New High-Speed SMT Production
Line Deployed
Imperial Electronic Assembly, Inc. has increased capacity and further improved
it’s cost competitive capabilities in surface mount board assembly with the deployment
of a new high speed production line. Imperial’s new Universal High
Speed Placement System is the cornerstone of this new SMT production line. This
new line also includes a DEK 256 Automatic Screen Printer, a Universal
GSM Fine Pitch Placement Machine, a Conceptronics Reflow Oven, and an Alpha Acqueuos
cleaner.
